BEACH WOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When: Saturday, August 17th at 8am - GYM WILL BE CLOSED

Where: Corona Del Mar State Beach 3001 Ocean Blvd, Corona Del Mar, Ca 92625


What: Outside fitness party on the beach. We live near the ocean, we're gonna take advantage of it! We're gonna do a workout, jump in the ocean, and then play spikeball.

Why: It is super fun to workout in the sand and water with friends. Aside from being fun, sand training is a whole new variable to introduce into your training. 

Who: Everybody, bring your family and friends


 
Salty Bear Brewery Hangout
When: Thursday, August 15th at 6:30pm

Where: 2948 Randolph ave, Unit C, Costa Mesa Ca 92626


What: We love beer. Salty Bear is one of the newest local additions, so of course we're gonna go check 'em out! Lets see what they got

Why: Connection. Real Human connection over a six pack of beer is far more important than having six pack abs with no friends. Come out and meet our awesome community when we're not all sweaty. 

Who: Everybody, bring your family and friends


 
Track Day!
When: Saturday, August 31th at 7:00am - GYM CLOSED until 10am, then 10am Crossfit Class as usual

Where: Crean Lutheran High School 12500 Sand Canyon Ave, Irvine, CA 92620


What: We're gonna work on ability to run! Skills and Drills and a track workout!

Why: Running is awesome, and there is no better place to run hard, than on a track, racing against your friends.

Who: CFT members

 
MOBILITY with JEN

We are adding a new offering to our class schedule.

Mobility with Jen will feature our very own Jen Hauge as your mobility instructor. You'll be taken through a yoga flow focused on moving through some better ranges of motion for your hips, back and shoulders

Class Schedule:

  • Tues Morning at 7am
  • Thursday Afternoon at 5:30pm

Hey CFT peeps, we recently redid our website. That is partly why this version of The GOODs is lacking in in-depth content. We learned how to build a website, hahahaha. 

Jokes aside, please peruse the new site and let us know what you think. Also, you all will make good editors as there are guaranteed to be some spelling errors.
