Our Youth Program is designed to get kids moving well in a fun and safe environment.

Our Crossfit Kids program is designed for boys and girls in 4th - 6th grades. For older kids, please inquire about small group training (3 kids minimum). We also offer Sport Specific Training for teams at our location or we can come to you. Inquire via email.
