Upon completion of Elements, you can choose to continue doing Personal Training Sessions with your coach or select a membership and begin attending classes.

  • Class attendance limited to 12 times a month

  • Access to Crossfit and REDLINE classes

  • No rollover to the next month

LIMITED 8 • $159/month

  • Class attendance limited to 8 times a month

  • Access to Crossfit and REDLINE classes

  • Your month starts the day you start

PERSONAL TRAINING MEMBERSHIPS

Our Personal Training Sessions are sold as monthly memberships. Choose the frequency you would like to work 1-on-1 with your coach. Sessions are scheduled at your convenience.

 
 

12 SESSIONS/MONTH • $1020

  • About 3x week. The bulk of your training is done with your 1-on-1 coach.

  • $85 per session

  • Unused sessions do not Rollover to the next month

8 SESSIONS/MONTH • $680

  • About 2x week. Your 1-on-1 coach is giving you supplemental work.

  • $85 per session

  • Unused sessions do not Rollover to the next month

4 SESSIONS/MONTH • $340

  • About 1x week. Supplement your class workouts with more focused 1-on-1 work.

  • $85 per session

  • Unused sessions do not Rollover to the next month
